GLOW on queer-henkinen tapahtuma, jossa nautitaan musiikista, muodista ja tanssista sekä ballroom-kulttuurista. Tapahtuma koostuu ballroom-luennosta, workshopeista, dj-keikoista, muotiperformanssista, drag showsta ja illan kruunaavasta ballroom showcasesta. 

🤍Tapahtumaan ja workshopeille pitää ilmoittautua etukäteen, ilmoittautumisen voi tehdä täältä. GLOW’ssa pätevät turvallisemman tilan periaatteet ja erillisellä ilmoittautumisella varmistetaan, että kaikki kävijät sitoutuvat noudattamaan niitä. 🤍GLOW on Oulussa ennennäkemätön tapahtumakonsepti, jonka tavoitteena on jakaa tietoisuutta ballroom-kulttuurista. Tapahtuma antaa mahdollisuuden oppia ja osallistua sekä kokea ballroom-kulttuuria upeiden ammattilaisten esittelemänä. 

Tapahtuma tuotetaan osana Oulu Urban Culture ry:n Untamed Office (Oulu2026) -hanketta.

Yhden tanssiworkshopin hinta on 20 €, molempiin osallistuttaessa hinta on yhteensä 30 €. Maksu suoritetaan tunnille saapuessa joko kortilla tai käteisellä. / The price for one dance workshop is €20, and if you attend both, the total price is €30. Payment can be made by card or cash upon arrival.

GLOW is a queer event where you can enjoy music, fashion, dance, and ballroom culture. The event consists of a ballroom lecture, workshops, DJ sets, fashion performances, a drag show, and a grand finale ballroom showcase.

GLOW follows the principles of a safer space, and separate registration ensures that all attendees commit to adhering to them. 🤍GLOW is an unprecedented event concept in Oulu, aimed at raising awareness of ballroom culture. The event provides an opportunity to learn, participate, and experience ballroom culture as presented by amazing professionals.
