The outdoor event of the Frozen People Festival will take place in Pikisaari, near the center of Oulu (Pikisaarentie 15), from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Electronic music (including house, techno, trance, jungle etc.) will be featured at two stages: Metsälava and Jäälava. Art installations spread throughout the festival area and shine brightly even after dark. The Pikisaari program is free of charge and has no age limit.

The festival’s After Hours after party will warm up the festival people at the Cultural Centre Valve in Oulu city center (Hallituskatu 7) from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Three different spaces take the atmosphere from hypnotic darkness to warm and tropical energies. The After Hours event is for ages 18+, and advance tickets are 15 euros, available at the Cultural Centre Valve (without service fees) or through Ticketmaster.fi (+ service fees 3,50 €). Tickets will be sold on the event day at Pikisaari and at the door for 18.50 €, if left.
