Frozen People is an electronic music and northern art winter festival. The event will exceptionally be held in 2025 at Pikisaari in Oulu. The afterparty will once again take over the Cultural Centre Valve.

The festival's music programme will showcase both local and international talents. The art content will feature installations, light art, interactive performances, and live performances.
