Frozen People on elektronisen musiikin, pohjoisen taiteen ja talvisen tyylin festivaali. Ainutlaatuinen brutaali tapahtuma järjestetään sääolosuhteita uhmaten Nallikarissa meren jäällä lauantaina 4. maaliskuuta 2023.
Oulu on vuoden 2026 Euroopan kulttuuripääkaupunki, ja tapahtuma toteutetaan osana Oulu2026-kulttuuriohjelmaa. Festivaali on pääsymaksuton.

Frozen People is a festival of electronic music as well as northern arts and wintry style. The unique event defies the weather conditions in winter on the sea ice. The festival will take place on the 4th of March 2023 at Nallikari, Oulu.
The festival is part of the culture program of the Oulu2026 - European Capital of Culture. Entry to the event is free of charge.
